the liberal

The second project of a vast redesign of the Dubbo Regional Area.
15-storey mixed-use development set to transform the regional landscape of New South Wales - and create a new hub for the increasing tourism activity in the area. At the heart of this ambitious masterplan is the redevlopment of “The Liberal” hotel, carefully maintaining the original fabric of the town, whilst adding to it. The residential component will offer an array of stylish apartments; providing residents with sweeping views of the surrounding Dubbo countryside, while the hotel will cater to the needs of visitors, offering a hospitality experience unseen to Dubbo.
Complementing these living and accommodation spaces, the ground-level retail precinct will bring an exciting new hub of activity, housing a diverse collection of shops, cafes, and entertainment venues that will energize the local community. Throughout the entire development, careful consideration has been given to incorporating elements that pay homage to the Indigenous Australian heritage, ensuring that this transformative project becomes a seamless and respectful addition to the region's cultural fabric.
This will stand as testament to the city's ambition - blending modern living, hospitality, and commerce in a manner that celebrates the area's deep-rooted history and identity.
