• Redesigned by Richard to make the core & apartment layout more efficient.
• Initial construction estimates were £125 million, Richard’s plan reduced this to £114 million.
• Savings of £11 million in construction & added Saleable value of over £25 million. Totaling a £36 million increase in revenue ($113 million today).
